TalkSV (talksv.uk) is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected]. We process data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not share data with betting operators. We have no accounts or sign-up forms.
How we protect data
The site is served over HTTPS, access to our hosting and email accounts is protected by two-factor authentication, and only the three members of the editorial team can read messages sent to us. Our hosting provider stores data within the UK or the European Economic Area. If a provider ever needed to transfer data elsewhere, we would rely on an approved safeguard such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement. Because this site is intended for adults and does not collect data knowingly from anyone under 18, please do not email us if you are under that age.
How long we keep data
Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Emails are kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends, unless we need them longer to handle a legal matter.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability where it applies. To use any of these rights, email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
